Organization Overview

The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA), under the Government of the Punjab, is implementing the “Rehabilitation and Development of Qila Kohna Qasim Bagh for Promotion of tourism and preservation of tangible and intangible heritage, Multan” project. Applications are invited from Punjab domiciled Male/Female individuals.

Position Summary

The Office Boy will provide essential support services to ensure the smooth functioning of the project office in Multan. This includes various administrative and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
• Serving refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: Intermediate.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Domicile: Punjab.

Important Notes:

• The contract appointment is temporary in nature, non-transferable, non-pensionable, job/post specific and confers no right for regularization. The contract appointment will be for the duration of the project.
• The above-mentioned post is for appointment in Multan.
• Offered salary is on a lump-sum basis (including all allowances).
• NOC for government servants is required at the time of submission of the job application.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected, and only shortlisted candidates shall be intimated/called for test/interview through call/e-mail etc.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for test/interview.
• WCLA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel any advertised post(s).
• The last date for submission of applications is 31 May 2025. Any application received after the due date shall not be considered.
