Organization Overview

The Department of Human Resource at Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Gajju Khan Medical College (GKMC) / Bacha Khan Medical College (BKMC) Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, requires the services of qualified candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These positions are governed under the MTI Act 2015 (As Amended) and are based in the Medical Teaching Institution (Bacha Khan Medical Complex/Gajju Khan Medical College) Swabi & Allied Hospitals THQs Topi & Lahor.

Position Details

Position: Nursing Internee (Male/Female)
Age Limit: 22-30 years
Duration: 01 year
Stipend: A fixed monthly stipend will be provided.

Qualifications and Preference

Qualification: Fresh BSN graduates from a recognized Institution registered with PN&MC & University.
Preference:

• 1st Preference: Affiliated Nursing Institutions with MTI-BKMC, Swabi.
• 2nd Preference: Students graduated from any Nursing college of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa duly recognized by PN&MC & University.

Terms and Conditions

• The internship is offered for a duration of 01 year.
• Selection will be based on the mentioned preference criteria and the candidate's overall academic record.
• MTI Swabi reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any or all advertised positions.
• Recruitment and selection will be conducted with transparency and merit.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a Test/Interview.
• Candidates must provide original documents/credentials at the time of the interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the Test/Interview.
• No further correspondence regarding the selection process will be entertained after application submission.
• Candidates may be disqualified for reasons including conviction by a court, providing false information, attempting to gain support through improper means, submitting forged documents, or misbehavior during the interview.
• The stipend for selected candidates will commence only after the verification of educational documents/experience certificates. Verification fees will be paid by the selected candidate.
• Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to affiliated hospitals (THQ Topi & Lahor) as per requirement.

Application Process

1. Obtain the job application form from the website: www.bkmcs.edu.pk.
2. Complete the application form and attach a cover letter, CV/Resume, attested educational testimonials, CNIC, and Experience Certificate/s (if any).
3. Deposit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 1000/- into the following bank account:

4. Attach the original deposit slip with the application form. Keep a photocopy for your record. Cheque/Pay orders are not acceptable.
5. Send the complete application package in a sealed envelope, with the position applied for clearly written on it, via Courier.
6. The application must reach the HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, BACHA KHAN MEDICAL COMPLEX SHAHMANSOOR Swabi by 22nd April 2025.
7. Applications submitted by hand, incomplete applications, or those without the bank deposit slip will not be entertained and shall stand rejected.
8. Any application/document received after the closing date/deadline will be rejected. No documents can be added/changed/replaced once the application is received.
