Job Overview

The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) is hiring a Network Technician (BPS-14). The Network Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network hardware and software, ensuring the smooth operation of the institute's communication networks.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure network hardware such as cables, switches, routers, and access points.
Provide technical support for network issues to end-users.
Monitor network systems and identify potential problems.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network equipment.
Assist Network Engineers in network projects and tasks.
Requires 05 years of ISP service experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess:

B.E / BCS / BS / DIT (Diploma in Information Technology) in Computer Science, IT, IS, or Electronics.
03 - 05 years of experience in a relevant field (network support/technician).
05 years of experience with ISP service.
Hands-on experience with network cabling, hardware installation, and troubleshooting.

The age limit for this position is 25 years. General age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
