Project Overview

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, financed by the World Bank and executed by the Government of the Punjab, is seeking Individual Consultants. Experienced candidates are invited to express interest in joining this initiative.

Position Details

Assignment Title: Network System Engineer
Number of Posts: 2
This position involves engineering and managing the network systems for the PULSE project.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 16 Years of Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Software Development Engineering or a related field from an HEC recognized University / Institute.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in handling large networks.
• CCNA, CCNP and/or MCSE certification will be preferred.

Selection Process: Selection will be conducted using the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method as per World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020). Attention is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 concerning the World Bank's conflict of interest policy.
