Monitoring Officer (S-I)

Role and Responsibilities

FWMC is seeking proactive and diligent Monitoring Officers to oversee waste management operations in the field across various districts. This role involves regular site visits, monitoring operational activities, generating reports, and ensuring strict compliance with company standards. The position requires frequent travel within the designated district, for which owning a personal motorcycle and possessing a valid license is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be highly mobile and comfortable using modern IT tools for reporting and communication.

Candidate Profile

Applicants for the Monitoring Officer position should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Graduate from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: At least two (02) years of relevant experience in a well-established and renowned public or private sector organization.
• Skills: Must be well-versed with the use of mobile devices and IT applications for data collection and reporting.
• Requirements: Must have their own motorcycle with a valid driving license.
• Domicile: Preference will be given to residents of the concerned district (Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh).
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
