Job Overview

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous body of School Education Department, Government of the Punjab. PEF seeks dynamic persons for the post of Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (MEOs) as per details given in the advertisement. The recruitment will be on a contract basis for one year, extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria

For JCOs/NGOs and equivalent from Army, Navy and Air Force:
Age Limit: 30-55 years
Qualification & Experience: Minimum Graduation (14 years)

For Fresh Candidates:
Age Limit: 25-40 years
Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16 Years of Education

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate must have a valid motorcycle license.
• In case of not having a personal motorcycle, the selected candidate will be required to submit permission from the owner on stamp paper to use a motorcycle.
• Candidate having IT experience will be preferred.
• Candidate must be physically fit.
• Candidate must have domicile of Punjab and will be eligible to apply in their respective district only.

iii. Candidates are required to submit application processing fee through prescribed fee challan in any online branch of The Bank of Punjab Account No. 6510003300400083 till 07 September, 2026.
iv. Candidates must download and fill the Application Form carefully and attach the following documents:

• Latest CV
• Original Bank deposit slip
• NOC (if required)
• Attested copy of domicile (Punjab Province only)
• Attested latest two passport size photograph
• Attested copies of CNIC and all academic credentials containing marks detail (Matric to the last degree, equivalence certificate of Intermediate, merit certificate)
• Attested experience certificate(s)

And must reach hard copy at the address given below via POST / COURIER till 11 September, 2026 (Friday) 05:00 PM (Evening).
