Monitoring and Evaluation Fellows

About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals to join as Fellows to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the impact of technology-based education programs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to EdTech innovation and make projects sustainable and impactful. Fellows will work closely with experts to refine teaching strategies and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to EdTech innovation by assessing digital interventions.
• Learn advanced M&E methodologies for assessing student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Work closely with education & technology experts to refine teaching strategies and digital tools.
• Identify gaps in interventions and implement solutions to make the project sustainable and impactful.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Computer Science, IT, EdTech, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in EdTech, IT support, or digital learning.
• Expertise in digital interventions & technology integration in education.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, & open-source tools (Smart Boards, Chromebooks, etc.).
• Ability to assess school readiness and recommend improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.

Salary Package

The position offers a salary package of PKR 80,000 per month. Please note: This is a 2-Month contractual position.
