Medical Administrator

Role Overview

Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) is inviting applications from eligible Pakistani citizens for the position of Medical Administrator at the Sindh Rangers Hospital Karachi. This appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of two years. The position is offered on open merit.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• MBBS degree
• MPH / MCPS (HCSM) / MSc Medical Administration or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.

Preference will be strongly given to candidates who have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in hospital administration. Experience in Combined Military Hospitals (CMHs) is particularly preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be Pakistani citizens. Individuals falling under the following categories are ineligible to apply:

• Discharged or released from any Government service on disciplinary grounds.
• Convicted by a court of law for an offense involving moral turpitude or financial matters.

Terms and Conditions of Service

Key terms include:

• Pension and gratuity are not admissible for this contract position.
• A one-month advance notice is required for termination of the contract by either side after appointment.
• Private practice may be allowed subject to permission from the competent authority.
• No postgraduate training or courses will be permitted during the contract period.
• Other terms and conditions of service will be as per the contract appointments policy of Pakistan Rangers Sindh.

Selection Process
