Job Overview

The Mechanical Technician apprentice will be trained in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment at Maple Leaf Cement. This apprenticeship provides practical experience in diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues, working with tools and machinery, and ensuring the reliable operation of cement manufacturing equipment. The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to safety.

Qualification

Matric (Science) with F.Sc or Three Years Diploma of Associate Engineering in Mechanical Technology.

Eligibility Criteria

• Maximum Age Limit: 28 years as of April 5, 2025.
• Only candidates with at least 2nd division in Matric (Science) with FSc or Matric with a Technical Diploma will be considered.
• Candidates exceeding the above educational criteria will be deemed overqualified.
• Candidates currently undergoing or who have completed an Apprenticeship in any industry are not eligible to apply.
