About the Role

Xarasoft is looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineering Management Trainee Officer for their one-year program. The role involves designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and equipment with a clear path to Assistant Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
