Mechanic's Role and Responsibilities
As a Mechanic (BPS-6) at General Headquarters, you will be primarily responsible for the repair and maintenance of printing press machines. Your duties will include diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventive maintenance, replacing faulty parts, and ensuring that all printing equipment operates efficiently and reliably. This role requires hands-on technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of mechanical systems relevant to printing technology. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime and ensuring the continuous operation of essential printing services for the organization.Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess a Matriculation certificate from a recognized board. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of printing press machines is mandatory. The age limit for this position is 18 to 30 years, calculated as of the application closing date, September 14, 2025. Age relaxation benefits will be provided according to existing government policies for categories such as disabled individuals, residents of Sindh (R), Balochistan, Ex-FATA, AK, and GB, as well as retired personnel from the Armed Forces.Application Process

درخواست دہندگان کے پاس کسی تسلیم شدہ بورڈ سے میٹرک کا سرٹیفکیٹ ہونا ضروری ہے۔ پرنٹنگ پریس کی مشینوں کی مرمت اور دیکھ بھال میں کم از کم 2 سال کا تجربہ لازمی ہے۔ اس پوزیشن کے لیے عمر کی حد 18 سے 30 سال ہے، جس کا شمار درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 14 ستمبر 2025 تک کیا جائے گا۔ سرکاری قواعد کے مطابق معذور افراد، سندھ (آر)، بلوچستان، سابقہ فاٹا، آزاد کشمیر اور گلگت بلتستان کے امیدواروں اور ریٹائرڈ مسلح افواج کے اہلکاروں سمیت مخصوص زمروں کے لیے عمر میں رعایت دی جائے گی۔
