Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous body of School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, which is imparting free education to around 4 million children across the Province. PEF seeks ambitious and experienced persons for the post of Master Trainers (MTs) as per details given below.

Job Criteria & Qualifications

Age Limit: 40 Years Maximum
Qualification:

• Minimum of 16 years of education with B.Ed. /M.Ed. from HEC recognized university.
• Candidates with only one second division and no third division throughout their academic career shall be eligible to apply.
• Candidates having MS/M.Phil/MA Education qualification will be given preference.

Experience:

• Must have 02 years teaching experience. Experience as Master Trainer/Teacher Trainer will be preferred.
• Applicants must have domicile of Punjab. Further, applicant can only apply in his/her own district (as per domicile).
• Experience of unpaid jobs /freelancer, part time, work experience compulsory for degree program will not be accepted. Experience of working in Board Affiliated Schools /Registered Chains will only be considered.
• Excellent communication, dissemination and pedagogical skills.
• Selection of candidates will be based on number of vacancies available in each district.

Salary and Quota Details

Salary: Rs. 112,500/- per month + other allowances as per HR Manual of PEF.

• Women Quota: 12
• Minority Quota: 5
• Disability Quota: 3

Total Posts: 56 across various districts of Punjab including Attock, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Kasur, Khushab, Kot Addu, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi Bahaudin, Mianwali, Multan, Murree, Muzaffargarh, Narowal, Okara, Pakpattan, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajan Pur, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Talagang, Taunsa Sharif, Toba Tek Singh, and Vehari.

The appointment will be on contract basis for one year, extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance.

• Candidates must fill the On-line form carefully in the light of the Guidelines and Instructions mentioned in the Advertisement.
• After completion and successful submission of online application, the candidate is required to take a print of the completed online application form, sign every page and attach required documents (CV, bank deposit slip, NOC if required, attested copy of domicile, attested latest two passport size photograph, attested copies of CNIC and all academic credentials, attested experience certificates).
• Attested experience certificate (s) and must reach the hard copy at the address given below via POST / COURIER till 18 September, 2026 (Friday) 05:00 PM (Evening).
