Role Overview
Pakistan Railways is seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Expert for the project titled "Establishment of Business Development & HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways."Qualification and Experience
- MBA/BS (Marketing) or SCM related area or related discipline with minimum 16 years of education.
- Minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in Marketing, Business Development, Market Research or Customer Analytics.
- All degrees must be recognized by HEC/PEC.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing customers' data and identifying KPIs.
- Assist in setting up analytics tools for tracking customer behaviors.
- Designing marketing strategies for PR and conducting online marketing initiatives.
- Develop pricing strategies balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
