Role Overview

Pakistan Railways is seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Expert for the project titled "Establishment of Business Development & HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways."

Qualification and Experience

MBA/BS (Marketing) or SCM related area or related discipline with minimum 16 years of education.
Minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in Marketing, Business Development, Market Research or Customer Analytics.
All degrees must be recognized by HEC/PEC.

Key Responsibilities

Collecting and analyzing customers' data and identifying KPIs.
Assist in setting up analytics tools for tracking customer behaviors.
Designing marketing strategies for PR and conducting online marketing initiatives.
Develop pricing strategies balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
