Client Overview

Our client is a leading financial institution engaged in the business of Foreign Exchange with a network of over 45 outlets / branches in various business center/cities across the country. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Managing Director / CEO to spearhead the company's operation and provide leadership to the team to meet its goals and objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

The position reports to the Board of Directors and has overall responsibility to develop and implement short and long term strategies in line with the vision and mission of the company, ensure financial viability, monitor competition and take measures to increase market share, ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulatory matters.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a minimum bachelor's degree from HEC recognized Institute/university or equivalent with a minimum 15 years of relevant experience, out of which 5 years should be in the senior management position in Currency Exchange or related banking business.

Offer

The selected candidate will be offered a contract (renewable) with market based salary package commensurate with the experience and qualification.
