Position Overview
The Manager (RE&PM) will be responsible for the operational management of PIAHCL’s nationwide real estate portfolio. This role is essential for ensuring that all commercial properties generate optimal returns, remain legally compliant, and are managed efficiently in line with public sector governance requirements.Key Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include overseeing leasing and rental administration to optimize property occupancy and revenue. The Manager will facilitate property auctions, manage property mutation processes, and coordinate effectively with third-party service providers to ensure efficient property management services. The role requires a strong understanding of property transactions, auctions, tenant management, and procurement processes, coupled with experience in managing interactions with government entities, banks, insurance companies, or public sector enterprises.Educational Requirements
A Bachelor's degree with 16 years of education in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution is required. Professional certifications in Real Estate/Property Management are highly preferred, providing specialized expertise.Experience Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience is required, including at least 3 years in property management, leasing, or commercial real estate. Candidates should have strong exposure to property transactions, auctions, tenant management, and procurement processes. Experience with government entities, banks, insurance companies, or public sector enterprises will be preferred.Application Method
