Eligibility Criteria

(i) M. Phil in Pharmacy from HEC recognized University/ Institute with three years' post posts qualification experience in a tertiary care hospital. Must be registered with Pakistan Pharmacy Council; OR Pharm-D, B-Pharmacy from HEC recognized University/ Institute with five years' experience in a tertiary care hospital. Must be registered with Pakistan Pharmacy Council.
