Job Overview

The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) invites applications for the position of Manager Pharmacy (BPS-17). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and managing a team of pharmacy staff. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
• Oversee inventory management, including procurement, storage, and dispensing of medications.
• Supervise and train pharmacy staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must possess:

• M.Pharm / Pharm.D / B.Pharmacy and MBA.
• A minimum of 08 years of experience in a relevant field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a managerial level role.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare regulations.

The age limit for this position is 40 years. General age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
