Organization Overview

Gujranwala Waste Management Company (GWMC), established under Section (42) of the Companies Ordinance 1984, aims to modernize Solid Waste Management in the Gujranwala Division. GWMC offers growth-oriented opportunities for professionals in an excellent environment with competitive market-based salary. Position: Manager Operations/Monitoring

Maximum Age: 40 years

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 16 (sixteen) years of education in the field of Engineering or Urban Planning or Transport or Traffic Planning or Environmental Sciences or Business Administration, from a university recognized by HEC.
Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience in a similar role.

Salary

Salary Range (Min-Max): 125,000/- to 270,000/- PKR

Application Process and Terms

All Posts hiring will be for 04 years (project-based). The initial contract period is 01 year which is further extendable based on satisfactory performance (Maximum 04 years).

The recruitment and selection process would be transparent and merit-based.
Only Shortlisted Candidates will be called for test/interview and No TA/DA will be admissible.
Degrees should be recognized by HEC.
Public Sector Officers must apply through the proper channel.
GWMC reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or not to fill any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised posts accept/reject or cancel any application at any time without assigning a reason.
In case any information/credential furnished by the applicant is found fake/bogus/forged at any stage, the candidature shall stand cancelled and legal action shall be taken.
