About the Company and Project

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned not-for-profit company, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The Company is executing a World Bank funded project titled 'Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)' in 16 Selected Tehsils of the Punjab Province. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Head Office team.

Job Overview

The Manager (MIS and Data Management) will be responsible for overseeing the Management Information Systems and all data management aspects for PRMSC. This includes ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of data, managing IT infrastructure (software and hardware), and leading database administration. The role is crucial for the successful execution of projects and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MIS strategies and policies.
• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, and networks.
• Manage database administration, ensuring data integrity, security, and backup.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance on MIS and data-related matters.
• Manage IT projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science / IT / MIS.

Experience:

• In general, 10 years of relevant work experience in matters related to IT handling (software and hardware), MIS, database administration etc.
• 4 years of experience of working in similar projects/assignments, in similar capacity and in organizations with comparable conditions.

Important Notes

• Salaries will be market-based.

• All posts will be on contract basis. Initial contract period is 03 years which is further extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance.
