Position: Manager Legal

This senior position involves overseeing legal matters within the agency, focusing on contractual and regulatory aspects pertinent to the power sector.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors of Law (LL.B.)
• Masters of Law (LL.M) or Bar at Law will be considered an additional advantage.

Professional Experience Requirements

• Minimum of Twelve (12) years of post-qualification experience.
• Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court.
• Candidates with experience in contractual and regulatory matters in the Power Sector will have an added advantage.

Age Limit

Up to 45 years at the closing date of the advertisement.
