Manager (Accounts & Finance)

Position Overview

The Manager (A&F) will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting, financial management, treasury, and corporate finance functions within PIAHCL and its subsidiaries. This role is pivotal for ensuring timely financial reporting, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and the efficient operation of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves preparing accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory guidelines. The Manager will also oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management and investment strategies, to maximize financial efficiency. Participation in the budgeting and forecasting processes is a key component, along with implementing and monitoring internal controls to mitigate financial risks. Strong exposure to ERP/accounting systems, corporate finance, and statutory compliance is essential.

Educational Requirements

A Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or a Bachelor's degree with 16 years of education in Finance/Accounting from a recognized institution is required. This ensures a comprehensive academic background relevant to the demands of the role.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience is required, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in accounting/finance/treasury within a large corporate entity. Candidates should demonstrate strong exposure to ERP/accounting systems, corporate finance, and statutory compliance. This blend of experience ensures both technical proficiency and leadership capability.
