About the Organization and Project

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned not-for-profit company, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The Company is executing a World Bank funded project titled 'Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)' in 16 Selected Tehsils of the Punjab Province. These job opportunities are at the PRMSC Head Office in Lahore.

Role Overview

PRMSC is seeking two dynamic individuals for the position of Management Trainee Officer (Behavioral Change & Capacity Building). This is a temporary role for a period of 6 months, offering valuable experience in a significant development project. The role will focus on aspects related to behavioral change initiatives and capacity building within the project's framework. Salaries will be market-based.

Qualifications

The eligibility criteria for this position are as follows:

• 16 years of education in Business Administration / Sociology / Mass Communications / Public Health / Humanities & Arts / Commerce / Social Sciences.
• The degree should be recognized by HEC institutions.
