About the Role

Fazaia Schools and Colleges is seeking an experienced and dynamic Librarian for its College Section in Islamabad. This role is central to supporting the educational and research needs of both students and faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the library, ensuring resources are accessible and conducive to learning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize the college library's collection of books, periodicals, and digital resources.
Assist students and faculty in locating and utilizing library materials for research and study.
Develop and implement library policies and procedures, ensuring a user-friendly and organized environment.
Curate and update library resources, staying informed about new publications and digital tools relevant to the curriculum.
Promote reading and information literacy among students through various programs and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Library Sciences is a mandatory requirement for this Librarian job.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in library management or a relevant library setting.
