Position Details

The position is for a Legal Advisor, required on a retainership basis for a period of one year. The role is based in Islamabad. Primary responsibilities include legal matters related to the devolution of the Fund to respective provinces, processing tax exemption certificates from FBR, handling SECP filings, and other related legal tasks.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the qualifications as provided in the Appointment of Legal Advisor Act, 1974, and the Companies Act, 2017. This typically requires being a qualified legal practitioner (Advocate) eligible under these acts.

Retainership Fee

Applicants are required to quote their expected retainership fee (remuneration) on a monthly basis in their application.
