Job Overview

One (01) position of Lady Health Visitor (LHV) in BPS-09 is available under the District Health Officer, Zhob. This role is crucial for community health services in various Health Facilities (excluding Basic Health Units). The appointment is contractual for one year, extendable based on performance. This position is open to female candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Lady Health Visitor position, applicants must possess:

• Qualification: Matriculation with Science and an LHV (Lady Health Visitor) degree from a recognized institute of Balochistan.
• Age Limit: 18 to 43 years.

Date of Interview: June 20, 2025
Time: 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Venue: DHO Office, Zhob near circuit house.

Application Requirements and Process

Eligible female candidates should appear for a walk-in interview before the District Health Committee, Zhob.
Please bring the following:

• Two (02) verified copies of all educational documents (Matric certificate, LHV degree), CNIC, and domicile.
• Original credentials for verification.

General Terms and Conditions

This is a contract position for an initial period of one (01) year, extendable upon satisfactory performance.
A 05% quota for disabled persons, women (this post is for women), and minorities is applicable as per Government of Balochistan rules.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
The District Health Committee may alter the number of vacancies. Selection will be purely on merit after document verification.
