Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants for the Lady Health Supervisor position must have the following credentials:

Qualification: Intermediate.
Diploma: Graduation/Diploma in LHV & Midwifery from a recognized Nursing Examination Board.
Registration: Must have a valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council.
Preference: An LHV will be preferred. Married/Local Females will be given preference over unmarried/non-local candidates.
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years.

Application Process via ETEA

The application process is managed entirely by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Interested candidates must follow these steps:

First, visit the ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online. The online application form will be available from 16/06/2025.
After creating a profile, candidates must get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) by printing an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website.
After successful online submission, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated.
Deposit the non-refundable test fee through Easy Paisa app or agent, Jazz Cash, or via a UBL Bank or UBL OMNI agent.
Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank stamp safe. Do not send it or any other documents to the ETEA office.
The last date for the submission of the online application is 07/07/2025.
Candidates will be informed about the test date, time, and venue via SMS and can download their Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website.
