Position Details: Junior Technical Support Officer (System/Network)

The Junior Technical Support Officer (System/Network) will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This includes managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, and servers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT/Network support.
• Skills: Working knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking concepts. Familiarity with basic security practices and system logs.
