Job Overview

Divisional Public School & College Sahiwal, a renowned educational institution operating since 1986 under the Sahiwal Education Trust, is seeking enthusiastic Junior Teachers. With a large student body and a dedicated faculty, DPS Sahiwal is committed to academic excellence. This position is offered on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. Junior Teachers will play a fundamental role in delivering quality education across the Main Campus (Morning & Afternoon School), Chichawatni Campus, and Ravi Campus.

Subjects and Qualifications

We are seeking Junior Teachers across various subjects, including English, Chemistry, Computer, General, Islamiat, Math, Montessori, Physics, Science, Social Std., and Urdu. Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of B.A. / B.Sc. (at least 2nd division) or a BS (Honours) degree with a minimum 3 CGPA. The degree must include a major in the relevant subject and be obtained from a Chartered University recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). This ensures a strong foundational knowledge in their respective fields.

Vacancy Details and Campuses

Multiple vacancies are available for Junior Teachers, catering to both male and female candidates across different campuses. For the Main Campus, female teachers are required for Morning and Afternoon shifts in English, Montessori, and Urdu. At Chichawatni Campus, male teachers are needed for Chemistry, Islamiat, Math, Science, and Social Studies, while female teachers are sought for Computer, Islamiat, Math, Science, and Urdu. Ravi Campus has openings for male teachers in English, Math, and Physics, and for female teachers in General and Montessori. Specific numbers for each slot are detailed in the advertisement. While relevant experience is preferred, candidates without prior teaching experience are also encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be between 21 and 45 years of age. No age relaxation will be provided. The school is looking for committed individuals who are eager to contribute to a stimulating learning environment and foster the growth of young students.

Application Process

To apply, candidates are required to download the Application Form and the Bank Deposit Receipt (of Rs. 2,000/-) from the official DPS Sahiwal website (www.dpssahiwal.edu.pk). The completed application form, along with the original Deposit Bank Receipt, attested copies of all academic degrees/certificates, CNIC, any available experience letters and training certificates, and three recent passport-size photographs, must be submitted. Applications should be addressed to the Principal, Divisional Public School and College Sahiwal. The final date for application submission is June 04, 2025. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Applicants have the option to submit their forms in person. A written test for Junior Teacher positions will be conducted on June 23, 2025 (Monday) at 08:00 A.M. at DPS Sahiwal. Please be aware that no Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the test or interview. DPS Sahiwal reserves the right to modify or cancel any vacancy at its discretion.
