Job Overview

The Office of the District Education Officer (Special Education) Gujranwala is inviting applications from eligible candidates (Men, Women and Transgender) who are residents of Punjab for the engagement of School Teaching Interns (STIs) against vacant teaching posts in Special Education Institutions across the Gujranwala Division including Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal, and Hafizabad districts.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Candidates must possess an M.A or BS (second division or grade-C) in Special Education with specialization relevant to the specific field (H.I Field, V.I Field, P.D Field, or MC Field) from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission. Age limit is 21-28 years with applicable age relaxations for males, females, and disabled persons as per government policy.

Terms and Conditions

Engagement shall be purely temporary, school-specific, and non-transferable for a duration of 09 months. Monthly honorarium for BS-16 is Rs. 40,000/-. No right of regular appointment shall be conferred.
