The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications using the Laravel framework. The major responsibilities typically include application development, database management, API development, and code optimization and maintenance. This is an on-site position located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

The core responsibilities for the Junior Laravel Engineer include:

• Application Development:
  
  • Build, test, and deploy robust web applications using Laravel.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient PHP code.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.
• Database Management:
  
  • Design and optimize database schemas.
  • Write complex SQL queries and use Eloquent ORM for database interactions.
  • Perform migrations, seeders, and updates to maintain database consistency.
• API Job Description Development:
  
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with other systems or services.
  • Implement third-party API integrations.
• Code Optimization and Maintenance:
  
  • Refactor and optimize existing code to improve performance.
  • Debug and resolve application issues or bugs.

Skills And Knowledge

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and knowledge:

• Proficiency in Laravel: Strong knowledge of Laravel and its features (e.g., Blade templating, Eloquent ORM).
• Front-End Basics: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus.
• Deployment Tools: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Docker is beneficial.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Experience Requirement

The minimum experience requirement for this position is 1 year as a PHP and Laravel developer.
