Walk-in Test/Interview Opportunity

The Government of Pakistan, National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), invites applications from **Female Only** residents of specified districts for Walk-in Test/Interview for the position of Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator). This recruitment is conducted under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002.

Position Details

• Post: Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)
• Gender: Female Only
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years (5 years age relaxation is already included)
• Qualification: Intermediate or Equivalent
• Experience: Preferably 1 Year
• Requirement: Attested degrees/certificates from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/respective educational boards.

Districts and Job Locations

Residents of the following districts are invited for specific NADRA Registration Centre (NRC) locations:

• Kech: NRC Balnigwar, NRC Buleda, NRC Gishkore
• Awaran: NRC Korak Jhao, NRC Mashkay
• Panjgur: NRC Gawargo, NRC Jahen Proom
• Khuzdar: NRC Karakh, NRC Wadh
• Washuk: NRC Nag, NRC Washuk
• Lasbela: NRC Lakhra
• Hub: NRC Dureji

Walk-in Test/Interview Schedule

Candidates must appear for the test/registration and interview at the NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta according to the schedule below:

For Districts: Kech, Awaran, Panjgur, Khuzdar

• Test Date, Day & Registration Time: Monday, 19th May 2025 (Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
• Interview Date, Day & Time: Tuesday, 20th May 2025 (Time: 2:00 PM onwards)

For Districts: Washuk, Lasbela, Hub

• Test Date, Day & Registration Time: Tuesday, 20th May 2025 (Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
• Interview Date, Day & Time: Wednesday, 21st May 2025 (Time: 2:00 PM onwards)

NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta,
Building # 1418/530 New Zarghoon Road, Quetta, Balochistan

Terms and Conditions

• Only residents from the respective districts (as per CNIC/Domicile) are eligible for test against one location only.
• Bring original documents (Personal, Educational & Professional) for the test. Requests for consideration after the lapse of time will not be entertained.
• 5 years age relaxation is included; no further requests will be entertained.
• Only shortlisted candidates after qualifying the test will be called for an interview.
• Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
• Attested degrees/certificates must be provided at the time of joining.
• Candidates can be disqualified if false information is provided.
• Selected candidates undergo a 6-month probation period (extendable).
• Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
• Appointment is against a specific NADRA Registration Centre (NRC); no transfer requests will be entertained.
• Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) are not allowed during the test/interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
