Junior Clerk (Female)

Position Overview

Two female Junior Clerk positions are available at the University of Malakand's Women Sub-Campus Project in Batkhela. These are contract positions, initially for one year, extendable based on performance.

Qualifications and Experience

(i) HSSC in 2nd Division or equivalent qualification from recognized Board/ Institution;
(ii) Typing speed of minimum 40 words per minute; and
(iii) Adequate knowledge of use of computer (Office automation tools and word processor).

Domicile Requirement

These positions shall be filled from eligible candidates having domicile of any district of Malakand Division.

General Instructions and Application Procedure

2. Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1500/-.
3. Submit the hardcopy application package (printed form, fee slip, attested documents, photos) to the Registrar's Office by May 08, 2025.
4. Ensure the application is complete.
5. Government employees need NOC.
6. Age limit: 18-45 years.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted; No TA/DA.
