The Directorate General Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal, Punjab, seeks applications for Junior Clerk (BPS-11) positions across various locations in Punjab. Job Responsibilities (General)
The Junior Clerk will handle clerical tasks, including record keeping, typing, data entry, correspondence, and assisting senior staff in administrative duties. Proficiency in MS Office and good typing skills are essential.Posting Locations

Applications are invited on a 3-year contract basis. Recruitment will be conducted according to the Contract Policy 2004 and Recruitment Policy 2022 of the Government of Punjab.- Interested candidates should submit their applications on plain paper.
- The application must include attested copies of: Educational Certificates, Domicile Certificate, CNIC, Experience Certificate (if any), and two recent passport-size photographs.
- Applications must reach the Directorate General Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal, Punjab, 41-Empress Road, Near Shimla Pahari, Lahore, by 05 June, 2025, during office hours, via registered post or courier service.
- The name of the post applied for and the district must be clearly written on the envelope.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Government and Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- The 3% quota for disabled persons and 15% quota for women will be observed.
- Candidates already working in the department will be given preference for these posts according to the rules/court orders during their service period.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts or the recruitment process at any stage.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in any test/interview.
