Job Overview

A contract position for Junior Clerk (Equivalent to BPS-11) is available at Khyber Girls Medical College/ Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar. The Junior Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, record keeping, data entry, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Qualification:

• Intermediate School Certificate from a recognized Board OR 1st class/ 2nd division in Intermediate with Bachelor/ Master Degree.
• DIT (Diploma in Information Technology) from a Technical Board or its equivalents.

Skills:

• Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Age Limit

The age limit for this position is 20 to 35 years.

The duly filled application form, along with a comprehensive bio-data and attested copies of academic certificates and experience record, must reach the Human Resource Department, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Block-IV, Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar, within two (02) weeks of the publication of this advertisement in newspapers.

A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1000/- is applicable for this position. The fee can be paid to the cashier at the Account Section of KGMC, Peshawar, or submitted online to the KGMC account titled “Salary Account of KGMC Employees”, Account No. 3005642387, Bank of Khyber (BOK). The original deposit slip must be attached with the application form.

• Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
• Candidates may be shortlisted based on pre-interview marks or an Entry Test if the number of applicants is very high.
• Applicants currently serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments/institutions.
• Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
• Services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI) Act 2015.
• Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/newly merged tribal Districts is required.
