Junior Clerk

Job Purpose

Peshawar High Court is looking for Junior Clerks (BPS-11) to perform clerical and administrative duties. Successful candidates will support court operations and maintain records. Applicants need to be domiciled in the specified districts of KP.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) or equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Computer Skills: Must be Computer Literate.
• Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM).
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.
• Domicile: Must have a domicile of the specified districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Mardan, Swabi, Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, D.I. Khan, Tank, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Battagram, Kohistan, Torghar, Chitral, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Swat).
• Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are eligible.

Application Guidelines

1. Interested candidates must apply online through the Peshawar High Court's official job portal: https://jobs.peshawarhighcourt.gov.pk.
2. Applications submitted by any other means will not be considered.
3. The deadline for online applications is 31st May 2025.
4. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a typing test and interview. Original documents (CNIC, Domicile, Educational Certificates, etc.) must be presented during the interview.
5. Government employees must apply through the proper channel and furnish an NOC from their department at the time of the interview.
6. Age will be calculated as of the closing date. Relaxation in the upper age limit is subject to government rules.
7. Only shortlisted individuals will be contacted. No TA/DA will be paid for the test/interview.
8. The Court reserves the right to adjust the number of posts or cancel the recruitment.
