Punjab Labour Court No. 3, located at Ferozepur Road, Lahore, invites applications from suitable candidates domiciled in Punjab for the position of Junior Clerk (BS-11). Two vacancies are available for this permanent position. This role involves performing clerical duties within the court.
پنجاب لیبر کورٹ نمبر 3، فیروز پور روڈ، لاہور میں جونیئر کلرک (BS-11) کی دو مستقل اسامیوں کے لیے پنجاب کے ڈومیسائل رکھنے والے موزوں امیدواروں سے درخواستیں مطلوب ہیں۔ اس کردار میں عدالت کے اندر دفتری فرائض انجام دینا شامل ہے۔

Qualifications and Skills / تعلیمی قابلیت اور مہارت

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) - Second Division.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 25 words per minute in English Typing.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).

امیدواروں کے لیے درج ذیل قابلیت اور مہارت کا ہونا ضروری ہے:

• تعلیمی قابلیت: ہائیر سیکنڈری سکول سرٹیفکیٹ (انٹرمیڈیٹ) - سیکنڈ ڈویژن۔
• ٹائپنگ سپیڈ: انگریزی ٹائپنگ میں کم از کم 25 الفاظ فی منٹ۔
• کمپیوٹر خواندگی: مائیکروسافٹ آفس (MS Office) میں مہارت۔

Age Limit / عمر کی حد

The age limit for applicants is 18 to 25 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the prevailing rules of the Government of Punjab.
درخواست دہندگان کے لیے عمر کی حد 18 سے 25 سال ہے۔ عمر میں رعایت حکومت پنجاب کے مروجہ قوانین کے مطابق لاگو ہوگی۔

General Conditions and Application Process / عمومی شرائط اور درخواست دینے کا طریقہ

1. Candidates must hold a domicile of Punjab Province.
2. Recruitment will adhere to the Punjab Government's Recruitment Policy 2024.
3. Age relaxation will be provided according to government regulations.
4. Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government institutions should apply through the proper channel.
5. The application deadline is 20 May, 2025. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
6. Applicants must submit their applications to the National Testing Service (NTS).
7. Original documents must be presented during the interview.
8. Serial numbers 1 to 4 (all posts) require bringing original documents during the interview.
9. A test fee of Rs. 550/- is applicable, payable through designated channels (1Link 1Bill participating banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS express counters). The fee is non-refundable.
10. Application forms and deposit slips can be downloaded from the NTS website (www.nts.org.pk).
11. Send the filled application form, original deposit slip (NTS copy), attested copy of CNIC, Domicile Certificate, two recent passport-size photographs, and attested copies of educational/experience certificates to: NTS Headquarters, Plot No. 96, Street No. 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad.
12. Roll number slips can be downloaded from the NTS website. NTS will not send them by post.

15. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
