About the Program and Role

The Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP) invites applications for the position of Junior Auditor (01 Post) within its Program Management Unit in Lahore. This is a contractual role. The Junior Auditor will be responsible for assisting in internal audit processes, evaluating internal controls, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring fiduciary control within the program.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for the Junior Auditor position should have:

• Education: 16 years of education in Finance, Auditing, Accounting, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: In general, 2 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in matters related to internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment, fiduciary control, etc.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

General Conditions

Salaries will be market-based as approved in the PC-I of the Program. Women and candidates from minorities are encouraged to apply. All eligible government employees may also apply for this position through the proper channel. Candidates having domicile of Punjab Province are only eligible to apply.

Direct submission of EOIs to the Program Coordination Unit (PCU) or Local Government & Community Development Department (LG&CDD) will not be accepted. Candidates must upload their complete CV, Educational Documents, CNIC, Experience Letters, Certifications, etc., while submitting their EOI on ADB's CMS Portal.
