IT Technician

Job Overview

DEMP requires two IT Technicians (PPS-5) on a contract basis for its AI Based PSDP project located in Islamabad. This position provides essential IT support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for:

• Providing first-level IT support to users.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
• Assisting with network setup and maintenance.
• Managing IT inventory.
• Providing technical support for various projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: 3 years' Diploma in Electrical/Telecom/IT OR a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of relevant IT support experience is required.
Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of network basics, hardware, and software support.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 27 and 45 years old.
