Organization Overview

The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) has been established under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024, enacted by the Government of Punjab (GoPb). PERA's aim is to streamline regulatory measures across Punjab for the effective enforcement of special laws. PERA is looking for highly qualified, motivated, and competent professionals to join its team.

Position: IT Resident Engineers

PERA is inviting applications for multiple positions of IT Resident Engineers. These positions are offered on a contract basis for a period of 02 years, which is extendable based on satisfactory performance. The pay scale for this position is SPPP-5.

Location and Place of Posting

• Location Preference: Preference will be given to applicants having the Domicile of the concerned District.
• Place of Posting: All Districts & Tehsils of Punjab.

• Hiring shall be carried out as per The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (Appointment and Conditions of Services for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2024.

• Incomplete applications shall be rejected.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• The last date for submission of applications is 30-September-2025.
• Interviews for the IT Resident Engineer position may commence after 03-June-2025 and will be further scheduled as per the Authority’s requirements.
• As the hiring of 'IT Resident Engineers' is a continuous process, applied candidates’ data will be served as a data bank for the Authority and can be used to fill vacant positions at any stage.
• Applicants serving in Government Departments must apply through the proper channel and meet the minimum criteria as per PERA Regulations.
• DG PERA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any time or/and terminate/abolish the recruitment process of any post or entire process at any stage without assigning any reason.
