Job Overview

Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore, seeks an IT Communication Expert / Document Controller. This role is offered on a contract basis for one year, extendable based on performance, under the Project Director/Replacement of AC Plants. The primary responsibility will be to maintain office records for the project.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office records of the project and other official work. This includes document management, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating IT-based communication. Proficiency in Windows and MS Office is crucial.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have completed FA/FSC/ICS/I.COM. They should be well-versed with the latest versions of Windows & MS Office and possess a 06-month certificate from a reputed institute. A typing speed of 35 Words Per Minute (WPM) is also required. No specific prior years of experience are mentioned beyond these qualifications. Only those experience(s) will be consider which are obtained after the required qualification.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for this position is 35 years. Any applicable age relaxation is already factored into this maximum age as per the general conditions (point iv).

Salary and Benefits

Remuneration will be based on Project Pay Scale (PPS-04), equivalent to BS-12, as per the standard pay package from the Finance Division.
