About the Role

Vertere is looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements from stakeholders and process owners. You will analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and design. Your expertise will help manage the change process and ensure smooth coordination with the project team during the software development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers business requirements from stakeholders and process owners.
• Analyzes and documents business requirements and functional specifications and design.
• Manages the change process.
• Coordinates with the project team during the software development process.
• Reviews or creates documents related to testing when needed.
• Performs ad hoc testing when needed.
• Facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provides post-implementation review and support.
