About SICHN

Sindh Institute of Child Health & Neonatology (SICHN), a Government of Sindh facility in Karachi (Act 2018), needs support staff for its IT department. Applications are invited, preferably from candidates with Sindh domicile.

Role Overview

The IT Assistant provides frontline technical support to users, assists with hardware and software installation/troubleshooting, helps maintain IT inventory, and supports the IT Officer/Manager in daily tasks. Good communication and problem-solving skills are needed.

Contract Details

This position is offered on a one-year contract basis, with potential for extension based on performance.

Qualifications and Experience

An Intermediate degree or Diploma (DAE) in IT/Computer Science, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field is typically required. Some basic IT support experience or relevant certifications would be an advantage, but entry-level candidates may be considered.
