About the Internship Program

Bank of Khyber (BoK) invites passionate and talented Differently Abled Persons (Persons with Disabilities-PWDs) to join their inclusive internship program. This initiative is a transformative journey intended to unlock potential, develop professional skills, build confidence, enhance financial literacy, encourage inclusive workplace practices, and create long-term career pathways in the banking industry. The internship program is designed for a duration of 6 to 8 weeks, during which individuals will be placed in different branches/departments of the bank for learning and hands-on experience.

Eligibility and Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Disability Status: Must be a Person with Disability (Verified by NADRA/Social Welfare Department).
• Educational Qualification: Fresh Graduates or Graduating Students possessing a qualification from HEC recognized universities.
• Maximum Age: 32 Years.

Program Benefits

Selected candidates will benefit from the following:

• Stipend: A reasonable stipend shall be paid to the selected interns.
