Infection Prevention And Control (Ipc) Supervisor

Main Purpose

The primary goal is to plan, organize, implement, supervise, monitor, and analyze the infection control program in Dogra health facility, following MSF/MOH protocols, safety guidelines, and IPC measures. This ensures the quality of care and safety of patients, caretakers, and staff.

Qualification and Experience

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

- **Education:** Essential: Nursing or Midwife diploma/bachelor.
Desirable: Certificate or Degree in IPC.

- **Experience:** Essential: Nursing experience minimum 1 year in hospital setting.
Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field, experience as a nurse supervisor or IPC focal point, or previous work experience with MSF or other NGOs. Experience in IPC, OT or Intensive Care Unit is an asset.

Knowledge and Skills

Candidates should also have the following knowledge and skills:

- **Language:** Essential: Pashto, Urdu, and English.
- **Knowledge:** Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel, and Internet).
- **Competencies:** Results and Quality Orientation, Teamwork and Cooperation, Behavioral Flexibility, Commitment to MSF Principles, Stress Management.
