About the Role

Join Xarasoft's one-year Management Trainee Program designed for growth and impact. As an IE Management Trainee Officer, you will work on make-to-order environments, time and motion studies, and line balancing. Successful completion of the program leads to confirmation as an Assistant Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
1-2 years of experience in IE (Make to Order environment).
Strong knowledge of time & motion study, line balancing, and capacity planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct time & motion studies and work measurement.
Prepare method statements, routing, and process flow.
Perform line balancing and capacity planning.
Analyze and improve work methods for efficiency.
Support MTO operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Prepare reports and maintain technical documentation.
