Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the HTV / Heavy Transport Trailer Driver position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Age Limit: The upper age limit is 52 years. Candidates must be medically fit.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Middle pass. Candidates with a Matriculation certificate will be preferred.
• Driving License: A valid HTV (Heavy Transport Vehicle) driving license is mandatory as per regulations.

Salary Package and Benefits

NLC offers an attractive remuneration package for its drivers, which includes:

• Monthly Salary: PKR 69,752 (including monthly ration allowance).
• Performance Bonus: Up to PKR 40,000 per month as an additional bonus based on performance.
• Cash Award: PKR 15,000 to PKR 30,000 for achieving monthly running targets.
• Annual Bonus: Equivalent to 4-8 basic salaries, based on annual performance.
• Other Benefits: Leaves, CP Fund, Group Insurance, and free medical facilities as per NLC service rules. Additionally, an annual medical allowance of up to PKR 150,000 for the family is provided.
