Position Overview

M. Islam Medical & Dental College Gujranwala is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead its Human Resource department. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the medical or hospital sector and a strong grasp of HR best practices and relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 7–10 years of related experience in the medical or hospital sector.
• Education: MBA/MPhil in HR.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

The candidate must have strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and healthcare regulations. The role involves:

• Leading HR operations.
• Ensuring compliance with PMDC, PNC, UHS, and other regulatory bodies.
• Managing recruitment and selection processes.
• Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
