Role and Responsibilities of a Hostels Warden

The Hostels Warden will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the male hostels within the Mercy Educational Complex. Key responsibilities include maintaining discipline among residents, ensuring the safety and security of the hostel premises, and overseeing general administrative tasks related to hostel facilities. The warden will act as a mentor and supervisor, addressing student concerns and promoting a healthy community living atmosphere. Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates interested in the Hostels Wardens position must possess a minimum educational qualification of B.A or BS.c from a recognized institution. Furthermore, a crucial requirement for this role is having at least three years of proven experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating the ability to manage and supervise hostel operations effectively.
