Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized University/Institution. Candidates possessing a Medical Degree may also apply, provided they possess an additional management qualification as above. A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a senior leadership position with proven experience of supervising and managing an organization having at least 5,000 employees is required.
