About the Role

Applications are invited for the full-time position of Hospital Director at Medical Teaching Institution, Bannu. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the hospital. The initial appointment is for 05 years, extendable based on performance, with an excellent competitive salary package.

Qualifications and Experience

The requirements for this position are as follows:
  • A recognized Master's degree in Hospital or Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other equivalent management qualification.
  • Candidates with a recognized medical degree along with an additional management degree (as specified above) are also encouraged to apply; however, they will have no right to do private practice.
  • A minimum of seven (07) years of experience at management level positions in reputable health sector institutions.
  • Gender: Male and Female
  • Age Limit: 40 to 65 years

General Information

The selection process will be conducted by a selection committee constituted by the Board, and the final appointment will be made by the Board of Governors (BoG).
